An ongoing engagement where I serve as your senior marketing leader — setting direction, guiding priorities, and making sure your team or agencies are focused on the work that matters most.

This is the right fit when you have people who can execute (a marketing hire, a content person, an agency) but need experienced leadership to point them in the right direction and keep things moving.

  • Biweekly strategy calls (60–90 min)
  • Ongoing async communication (Slack, email, Loom) for real-time guidance between calls
  • Monthly marketing review: what’s working, what’s not, what’s next
  • Messaging and positioning oversight
  • Channel strategy and prioritization
  • Campaign and content review before launch
  • A defined bank of execution support hours for hands-on work when needed

What I Own

Strategic direction, marketing priorities, and quality of execution. I set the plan, review the work, and adjust the strategy as we learn. Your team or agencies handle the day-to-day. I make sure it’s the right work, done well.
